The information is made only for this site and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. The information is inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group set up by art. Under Regulation (EC) No 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages. It is also inspired by the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, on cookies, and by the provision of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data no. 229 of 8 May 2014 on the identification of simplified methods for the information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies.

Place of data processing
The processing connected to the web services of the sites indicated above, takes place at the company headquarters in Viale Lombardia 33, Bozzolo (MN) of the Data Controller and/or at the headquarters of the hosting and/or management company of the website and are taken care of only by technical staff of the Office in charge of the processing, or by any in charge of occasional maintenance operations. Type of the processed data and purposes of the processing
